Refund Policy

Our Commitment

At Jewels of Wellness, we want you to feel confident in your investment in your well-being. We offer a fair and transparent refund policy for RestoreED premium subscriptions.

1. Monthly Subscriptions

If you are not satisfied with RestoreED Premium, you may request a full refund within 7 days of your initial purchase. No questions asked.

After 7 days, monthly subscriptions can be cancelled at any time, but refunds are not provided for the current billing period. You will retain access until the end of that period.

2. Annual Subscriptions

Annual subscribers may request a full refund within 14 days of purchase.

After 14 days, annual subscriptions are eligible for a prorated refund based on unused months, minus any promotional discount received.

3. School & District Licenses

School and district wellness licenses are governed by separate agreements. Refunds for institutional licenses are handled on a case-by-case basis according to the terms outlined in your signed agreement.

4. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, contact Shelby Frederick at Jewels of Wellness with:

  • Your registered email address
  • Date of purchase
  • Reason for the refund request (optional, but appreciated)

Refund requests are typically processed within 5-10 business days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method.

5. Non-Refundable Items

The following are not eligible for refunds:

  • Gift subscriptions after redemption
  • Promotional or complimentary access codes
  • Services already rendered (e.g., completed live workshops)

6. Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation stops future billing. Your access continues until the end of the current billing period.
