1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using RestoreED ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service. RestoreED is a product of Jewels of Wellness.

2. Description of Service

RestoreED provides wellness education, AI-powered coaching support, guided journaling, sleep recovery tools, hydration tracking, and a 21-day summer reset program designed for educators. The Service is intended for general wellness purposes only.

3. Not Medical or Mental Health Care

RestoreED is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always seek the advice of your physician or other qualified health provider with any questions you may have regarding a medical condition. Never disregard professional medical advice because of something you have read or received through RestoreED.

4. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could damage, disable, or impair the Service. You may not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Service.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of RestoreED — including text, graphics, logos, and software — are owned by Jewels of Wellness / Shelby Frederick and are protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

7. Subscription & Billing

Premium features are available via subscription. By subscribing, you agree to pay all fees associated with your selected plan. Prices are subject to change with notice.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Jewels of Wellness shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the Service.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
